VYROCASE is operated as a UK-based online business and is the controller of your personal information. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to support@vyrocase.com.

We may collect your name, email address, delivery and billing details, order contents, payment status, correspondence, and order-tracking information. We also collect limited technical and usage information such as device, browser, pages viewed, session activity and shopping-bag events. Payment card details are entered securely with our payment provider and are not stored by VYROCASE.

We use personal information to take payment, fulfil and deliver orders, provide order tracking and customer support, manage returns and refunds, prevent fraud, secure and improve the store, understand store performance, and meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.

We process information where it is necessary to perform or prepare to perform your purchase contract; to comply with legal obligations; for legitimate interests such as fraud prevention, store security, service improvement and business administration; or with your consent where consent is required, including certain marketing communications.

We share only what is needed with trusted service providers supporting payments, order hosting and records, transactional email, analytics, delivery and professional administration. Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Couriers receive the delivery details needed to fulfil your order. These providers process information under their own terms or our instructions, as applicable.

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on an applicable legal safeguard, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including order support and the periods required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and other legal obligations. Information is then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to, correction of, deletion of or restriction on your personal information; object to certain processing; request portability; or withdraw consent. Email support@vyrocase.com to make a request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

With your Marketing cookie consent we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) to measure how our Facebook and Instagram advertising performs and to optimise it. It is not loaded and sends nothing unless you allow Marketing cookies, and you can withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer, which stops further Meta tracking. Analytics cookies are controlled separately in the same panel.

We send marketing only where permitted and provide an unsubscribe option in marketing messages. Service emails about an order, payment, delivery, return or other transaction are not marketing and may still be sent when needed to fulfil your order.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when our services or legal duties change; the current version and update date will remain available on this page.
