Terms & conditions

The details.

These terms apply when you order physical products from VYROCASE. They do not exclude or restrict any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law. Last updated 21 September 2026.

About VYROCASE

VYROCASE is operated as a UK-based online business. VYROCASE is not VAT registered and does not have a Companies House registration number. Contact: support@vyrocase.com.

Products

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours can vary slightly between screens and physical products. MagSafe compatibility depends on the device and case used. Product availability is shown by colour variant and may change before an order is accepted.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and the total payable, including the selected delivery charge, is shown before payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe using the methods offered at checkout. VYROCASE does not store your full card details.

How an order is accepted

Submitting payment is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and we send the order confirmation. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken. Please check your order and contact us promptly if any details are incorrect.

Delivery

We dispatch orders to the delivery address supplied at checkout. Delivery estimates begin on dispatch and are not guaranteed. Weekends, bank holidays, courier disruption and customs may cause delays. Risk passes to a consumer when the goods are delivered to them or a person they nominate. See the Shipping page for current methods, estimates and prices.

Cancellation and returns

UK consumers normally have 14 days after receiving most online purchases to cancel. Follow the Returns & Refunds policy to notify us and return eligible goods. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer. This does not limit rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods.

Faulty goods

Products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty, your remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and timing. Nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and will contact affected customers where appropriate. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

The VYROCASE name, site content, product imagery and designs are owned by or licensed to VYROCASE and may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where the law allows.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of the country in which they live and may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law. Please contact support@vyrocase.com first so we can try to resolve any issue.

Changes

The terms in force when your order is accepted apply to that order. We may update these terms for future orders when our services or legal obligations change.
